Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact to qualify for a refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
